1) As you give no information on computer, software of headphones, it is difficult to be 100% sure of what you hear, but a likely explanation is that you use headphones with a TRRS connector (for microphone + headphones connection).  DJ controllers require a TRS connector on headphones, so please - either use another model of headphones, with just headphones, no microphone - or use a TRRS to TRS headphones adapter to remove the microphone plug and suppress this noise, as this model. https://www.amazon.com/YCS-Smartphone-Headset-Headphones-microphone/dp

- in "Hercules Equipment In Use", select the name of your DJ controller: DJControl Inpulse 200
- in "Software In Use", check the name(s) of your DJ software, possibly Djuced
- in "Describe your equipment", describe your computer
- brand and model
- CPU
- RAM
- Type of USB port (USB 2, USB 3, USB-C, direct USB port or through a USB hub with a power adapter)
- Environment (Eg. Window 10 64-bit)
- version of DJ software (Eg. Djuced 5.2)
- version of DJ driver (Eg. 2020_HDJS_1)
and write the model name of the headphones you use as the audio quality issue you hear is in these headphones.
