Tengo una hercules 200, y cuando realizo la pre escucha, esta se escucha mal, no siento los bajos, y se escucha con muy mala calidad, alguien sabe que pasa?? es nueva, tendrá 3 semanas.

1) As you give no information on computer, software of headphones, it is difficult to be 100% sure of what you hear, but a likely explanation is that you use headphones with a TRRS connector (for microphone + headphones connection).
DJ controllers require a TRS connector on headphones, so please
- either use another model of headphones, with just headphones, no microphone
- or use a TRRS to TRS headphones adapter to remove the microphone plug and suppress this noise, as this model.

If you use the TRRS to TRS adapter, make sure it is for headphones, as some TRRS to TRS adapters are for microphone.
When you meet a technical problem, please should always complete your profile with technical information on your device in My Space > My Profile
- in "Hercules Equipment In Use", select the name of your DJ controller: DJControl Inpulse 200
- in "Software In Use", check the name(s) of your DJ software, possibly Djuced
- in "Describe your equipment", describe your computer
- brand and model
- CPU
- RAM
- Type of USB port (USB 2, USB 3, USB-C, direct USB port or through a USB hub with a power adapter)
- Environment (Eg. Window 10 64-bit)
- version of DJ software (Eg. Djuced 5.2)
- version of DJ driver (Eg. 2020_HDJS_1)
and write the model name of the headphones you use as the audio quality issue you hear is in these headphones.
