Problema con mi Jogvision

Muy buenas, porfavor necesito que alguien me eche una mano con un problema que me ocurre con una controladora Hercules Jogvision. Me la han dado porque no la utilizaban y despues de instalarla con mi portatil cuando llevo entre 10 y 13 minutos se para por completo. Alguien me puede echar un cable y decirme porque ocurre esto. No es la primera vez, llevo ya unas 4 o 5 veces que me esta ocurriendo.

1) As your operations occur on a computer, please complete your technical profile, go to "My Space"> "My Profile" https://www.herculesdjmixroom.com/en-us/account/informations/
  - In "Hercules equipment in use", please check your Dj controller, DJControl Jogvision,
  - In "Software in use", check your DJ software, Serato I suppose
  - In "Describe your equipment": describe your computer brand and model, CPU, quantity of RAM, version of Windows or macOS (for example Windows 10 64-bit built 1909), type of USB (USB2, USB 3), USB connection (direct or through a USB hub or through a USB-C adapter - brand and model of the USB hub and the USB-C adapter), version of DJConsole Series driver package for example 2019_HDJS_1, version number of Serato, for example Serato DJ Lite 1.4.2.

2) In case your computer operates in Windows, please make sure your computer is set according to the these guidelines:

3) It would be very useful to get a detailed description of the conditions of the issue you describe as " mi portatil cuando llevo entre 10 y 13 minutos se para por completo"
What occurs exactly?
Do you get any error message when the DJ software stops?
If yes, please type exactly the error message (do not summarize it, an error message must never be summarized), and describe how it occurs,
- does the sound crashed first, or the screen freezes first, or both at the same time?
- do you see any artefact on the screen before the crash?
- are you touching the computer or the controller or the USB cable or something else at the moment of the crash?
and please describe with as many objective informations as you can the conditions of the crash. 

4) Just after the crash, can you touch the Jogvision power adapter and check if it seems very  hot?

Muy buenas, me encontraba fuera trabajando y he llegado hoy. Te explico : Cuando llevo entre 10 y 13 min se apaga por completo la controladora. Y en portátil no me pone nada de error. Se apaga de golpe por completo y tarda de encenderse. Luego tengo que ir apretando el cable de alimentación hasta que se queda encendida.

1) if you do not describe you computer as I requested in my former message of on 22nd on November, a forum may not help you
2) if you do not describe precisely your actions, a forum may not help you.

If your problem is due to a computer setting, no answer may be relevant unless you complete your computer profile in "My Space"> "My Profile" https://www.herculesdjmixroom.com/en-us/account/informations/
  - In "Hercules equipment in use", please check your Dj controller, DJControl Jogvision,

B) If you 100% sure the issue is related to a bad contact on the power supply, and that is the reason why you do not complete your profile with information on your computer, then please precise whether
1) You use a power supply with a white mark DJControl Jogvision on it: to know whether you use the original power adapter or not,
2) You feel the 1/4" power connector remain in its place or moves.
