This is how it should work: headphones are meant for pre-listening and cueing in the next song, that's why the crossfader and the volume faders don't apply to them. However if you cue the master output only, you should hear how you change the crossfader and volume faders position.

Hello,
Welcome to the forum.
1) Headphones first use in DJing is to preview the track before playing it in the mix (the preview mode is called also Cue mode and PFL=Pre-Fader Listening), so it is normal you do not hear the action of the crossfader and volume in headphones when you are in Cue mode, in Cue mode you hear the deck selected with the push button with a headphones logo placed over the deck volume faders on DJControl Jogvision, regardless of the crossfader and the volume fader.
You can switch the headphones from Cue to Mix mode (to hear the same music as the audience, depending of the crossfader and deck volume faders) in pressing on the Mix button on the front panel, close from the Headphones plug.
2) For any technical questions, please complete your technical profile on
- in "Hercules Equipment In Use", select DJControl Jogvision, and P32 DJ if I believe your other message
- in "Software In Use", check the name(s) of your DJ software, probably Serato and Djuced
- in "Describe your equipment", describe your computer
- brand and model
- CPU
- RAM
- Type of USB port (USB 2.0, USB 3.0, USB 3.1...)
- Environment (Eg. Window 10 64-bit)
- version of DJ software (Eg. Serato DJ Lite 1.5.7, Djuced 5.3.1)
- version of DJ driver (Eg. 2021_HDJS_1)
