Salve, avrei un problema da risolvere. Ho la consolle control air collegata alla porta USB del mac ma, a volte, l'audio salta all'improvviso e, a volte, si disconnette proprio la consolle. Da cosa potrebbe dipendere?

Welcome to the forum.
It looks like a power supply issue, so you can try 2 process:
1) In case your computer operates in Windows, make sure you disable Windows setting made to switch off USB devices

2) connect a USB hub powered by a power adapter between your computer and your DJ controller, to block Windows attempt to switch off the USB.
PS: most technical issues are related to computer settings so it is a waste of time to report technical issues without completing your technical profile in (My Space > My Profile)
in "Hercules Equipment In Use", check the name of your DJ controller
In "Software In use", check the name of your DJ software
in "Describe your equipment" field
- brand and model CPU RAM (as Lenovo Yoga Slim 7 Carbon 13ITL5 13,3" Core i5 16 GB RAM)
- Type of USB port (for example USB 3.0 Type A, USB-C, USB hub powered by a power adapter...)
- Environment (for example Windows 11 64-bit Version 22H2 build 22638.1000.0)
- version of DJ software (for example Djuced 5.3.7 and Serato Lite 3.0.4)
- version of DJ driver (for example. 2023_HDJS_1)

Ho provveduto ad inserire le specifiche del mio equipaggiamento nella descrizione!
La consolle la uso con un sistema operativo Mac e non windows: devo fare lo stesso processo?

Hello Matri*,
On old MacBook units, the USB bus power may become weak.
Can you try if disabling the proximity sensor stops this issue?
In mac Applications>DJHerculesMix > DJSeries > DJAir > ControlPanel, run djairControlPanel.app and uncheck the field "Enable Proximity Sensor".
If it stops the issue, it is highly likely that your DJ controller lacks USB bus power and you should place a USB hub with a power adapter between the DJ controller and the mac USB port.

Ok ho disattivato il sensore di prossimità e verificherò se il problema ci sarà ancora!
Un hub autoalimentato come questo potrebbe andar bene?

Hello,
1) As you have checked the DJControl Air+ link in your profile instead of DJControl Air, the control panel is not the same if your DJ controller is Air+:
In Applications>DJHerculesMix > DJSeries > DJAirPlus > ControlPanel, run DJAirPlusControlPanel.app and uncheck the field "Enable Proximity Sensor".
2) Yes, a USB hub with a power adaptor as the one you mentionned should solve the problem if it is a limit of USB bus power.
