 Salve, volevo sapere se posso controllare il volume attraverso i tasti del laptop mentre ho la consolle collegata e sto navigando su internet, per esempio su YouTube. Ho provato ma alzando il volume tramite i tasti non cambia il livello del volume. Grazie.

 Hello Alby,

Please confirm if you use the controller sound card or the computer sound card. 

On macOS, so you probably have the volume keys on the mac (and you can make a smoother volume control with Alt+Shift+volume keys up and down).

 I went to sound settings of mac and selected DJ Hercules 500. But if I navigate on YouTube and watch a video if I try to change the volume it just remains the same level all the time.

 Hello,

If I set DJControl Inpulse 500 as default sound output in macOS, then, when I run Safari to play a Youtube video:

1) If I listen in speakers connected to the master output, I can control the volume on DJControl Inpulse 500 Master volume knob

2) If I listen in headphones, I must enable the master preview (switch on the Headphones Master button + set the Cue-to-master rotary knob on Master) and then I can hear the Youtube playback in my headphones and set the volume with the headphones volume knob.

DJC Inpulse 500 Mic, Aux, Master and Headphones controls are hardware controls = work in any software.
Other controls are MIDI, so they work only in music software.

 I tried and it works! The knob control the volume while browsing in internet. Thank you for help.
