Hello Khone,

Welcome to the forum.

Sorry, there is no spanish speaking moderator available.

1) Can you confirm you have
- selected DJControl Inpulse 200 ASIO as Audio Device (if you use WASAPI device, its audio settings may be polluted by third party audio settings as audio virtualisation in case you use some freeware, as free games)?
- connected your headphones to the headphones output on front of the DJControl Inpulse 200?

2) Please complete your configuration in My Espacio > Perfil
- in Equipo de Hercules utilizado: please check the name of your DJ controller
- in Software utilizado: please check Djuced
- in Describe tu equipo: please write the computer brand and model, version of Windows, type of USB port (USB A, USB -C), type of USB connection (direct to the PC or through a USB hub), version of Hercules DJ drivers, version of Djuced.

The only way to understand a problem is to duplicate the config, so unless the computer config is detailed, we cannot duplicate the configuration.

Hello Khone,

1) It would be better to use the DJCONTROL INPULSE 200 ASIO device,
- its provides a lower latency than WASAPI
- it is safe from 3D/surround sound apps (these apps may improve your game/cinema experience but pollute the music experience)
- it lets you keep your 3D sound immersion in games, and use ASIO in music.
You just have to install Hercules driver package 2023_HDJS_2, and then, when you run Djuced, go in settings , Audio, and click on the arrow to display the list and select DJControl Inpulse 200 ASIO(ASIO) device instead of its WASAPI equivalent.

2) If you do not accept to install Hercules ASIO driver, up to you, you have to find what is the 3D sound or surround sound or immersive sound or whatever the name processing this surround sound setting.

A) If it is Windows Sonic for headphones,
- right-click the speaker icon on Windows notification area (right of Windows task bar),
- look for "Spatial Sound",
- select “Windows Sonic for Headphones”
- select “Off” to disable it.

Another process to remove here
- Right click on Windows Start > Settings > System
- Go to Sound > In Spatial Sound, select Off.

B) If it is Dolby Atmos (possibly installed by Realtek)
- click the speaker icon on Windows notification area (right of Windows task bar),
- click on Playback devices,
- select “Speakers”
- Go to Properties
- If, in Speakers Properties panel, there is a Dolby Tab, you can access to it to enable/disable Dolby.

C) If it is SRS Audio solution, possibly installed by HP or SoundBlaster, it a software so if you want to remove it:
- Click on Windows Start  > Settings  > Apps > Apps & features
- Find SRS Sound Solutions in the list
- Click on it and select Uninstall.

Hello Khone,

Thanks for your feedback, please confirm if, once you use the ASIO device, your no longer hear unwillingly your preview in the master output.
