 buenas tardes tengo un problema con la hercules 300 cuando muevo el volumen del plato 1 me mueve tambien el crossfader. que puede fallar? .
estan comprobados los potenciometros y estan bien.
 alguien sabe como hacer el  proceso de calibración

 Hello,

1st step is to know if deck 1 volume fader sends parasite MIDI commands which may explain this issue.

Can you
1) close your DJ software
2) run Chrome or a chrome-based internet browser
3) go to midimonitor.com and accept to receive MIDI commands
4) check which MIDI commands are received when you move the deck 1 volume fader: if everything works well, you should see only
  • CC#0 channel 2 commands as Most Significant Byte
    (control change with continuous values from 0 to 1, to 2 etc up to 127)
  •  CC#32 channel 2 commands as Least Significant Byte
    (control change with non continuous value)



If you see other values, let me know what they are.

1) The MIDI values when you move the volume 1 fader are normal but the MIDI channel should not change, it should be MIDI channel 2 and nothing on MIDI channel 1.
Can you restart the computer, and recheck to see if you still get values on 2 MIDI channel when you move the volume fader 1?

2) Please go in your profile in https://www.herculesdjmixroom.com/en-us/account/informations/& nbsp;and check you have DJControl Inpulse 300 (instead of 300 MK2).
