 Buenas noches busco su ayuda ya que recién adquirí el inpulse 500 y el play y algunas funciones del deck 2 no funcionan, si prenden la luz pero no hacen su función ya descargue Djuced 2 veces y los drivers y sigue igual, espero me puedan ayudar

Please confirm if, in the controller Control Panel, at the About tab, the firmware version of the top panel is 1.39 (if you have installed the drivers package 1.HDJS.2022).


NB: we cannot see your controller so if you could complete your profile, in Mi Espacio > Perfil
In  Equipo de Hercules utilizado check the DJ controller name
In  Software utilizado check the DJ app name
In Describe tu equipo write the
  • computer brand & mode,
  • version of Windows or macOS,
  • Hercules DJ driver package
  • version of Djuced and Serato DJ Lite  
it would be much simpler to answer to technical questions.
