no puedo analizar pistas,no reconoce formato

buenas,desde hace poco, no puedo analizar las pistas nuevas que he añadido al explorador.
los archivos son iguales que los que me analizaba antes,formato mp3.
este problema no lo tenia antes y desde hace poco no me reconoce los archivos.

1) Please complete your technical profile in My Space > My Profile.
- in "Hercules Equipment In Use", select DJControl Inpulse 500
- in "Software In Use", check the name(s) of your DJ software
- in "Describe your equipment", describe your computer
  • brand and model, CPU, RAM
  • Type of USB port
  • Environment as Window 10 64-bit
  • version of DJ software (Eg. Djuced 5.2.1)
  • version of DJ driver (Eg. 2020_HDJS_1)

2) As your DJControl Inpulse 500 comes with 2 pieces of software, Serato DJ Lite and Djuced, please precise whether you get the same issue with the other DJ software.

3) How did you add these MP3 files, via Windows Explorer (in doing a drag and drop from a Windows Explorer window to your DJ software or in another way?
Please precise exactly the type of MP3 files (resolution, MP3 codec) and where are they stored? Are they on your main hard disk?
If they are not on your main hard disk, can you check if you get the same issue we placing them on the local drive?
