Hi all,
i've a hercules 200 recently purchased: I noted that crossfader and gain knobs are misaligned in the controller using djuced or vdj  (same both): There's for example a 5% Crossfader negative difference to deck A when is perfectly centered on the controller.
Is it any process to recalibrate?
Thx

Hello,

Yes, there is a process to recalibrate, but it will take a few days as I must find a DJControl Inpulse 200 unit to check the process (I know it on DJControl Inpulse 500), so please wait until the end of the week.

By the way, you should complete your profile info, https://www.herculesdjmixroom.com/en-us/account/information s/
a) in HERCULES EQUIPMENT IN USE", please check the DJ Controller name
b) in DJ SOFTWARE IN USE, check the name of the software
c) in "Describe your equipment" field, write
environment (for example Windows 10 64-bit Version 21H2 build 19044.1526)
version of DJ software (for example Djuced 5.3.5)
version of DJ driver (for example. 2022_HDJS_1)
since a calibration process may depend on your computer & drivers.
