No consigo escuchar bien la pre escucha por los cascos y la música por los altavoces

 He adquirido una Hércules impulse 500 y la estoy intentando conectar con Djuced. Me da un problema y es que no consigo conectar correctamente el sonido. Se me escucha únicamente la pre escucha por ambas partes, por los auriculares y altavoces. Qué solución podría haber? No sé si me he explicado correctamente.

Welcome to the forum.

When reporting any technical issue, please complete your technical profile in  
- in "Hercules Equipment In Use", check the name of your controller in the list
- in "Software In Use", check the name(s) of your DJ software,  Djuced
- in "Describe your equipment", describe your computer
  • brand and model
  • CPU
  • RAM
  • Type of USB port (USB 2.0, USB 3.0, USB 3.1...)
  • Environment (for example Window 10 64-bit)
  • version of DJ software (for example Djuced 5.3.4, Serato Lite 1.5.11)
  • version of DJ driver (for example 2022_HDJS_1)

1) If you have an issue of speaker and headphones, please write in your message where you connect your speakers and where you connect your headphones as nobody in the forum may guess the information you do not write. 

2) In case you are in Windows, in case you connect your speakers to the Master Output on rear of the DJ controller, in case you connect the headphones to the DJ controller headphones output, then
- open Djuced > Settings > Audio
- and set the audio as the default setting
  • Audio device: DJControl Inpulse 500 ASIO (ASIO)
  • Output:
    Master: Outputs 1&2
    Headphones: Outputs 3&4

 Hola gracias por responder, 
Lo ajusto tal y como lo pones,. Tengo enchufado los auriculares a su salida propia de de auriculares de la Hércules impulse 500 y los altavoces a la salida propia de máster de la Hércules impulse 500. Por ambos dispositivos se escucha únicamente la pre escucha. Que podría hacer?

 Hello,

It seems more likely that you hear the master in both speakers and headphones outputs: please check if you hear any change when you move the crossfader, since if you hear the actions of the crossfader, you hear the master output (possibility with something else).


To stop hearing the Master in the headphones output, switch off the button with headphones icon located just below the Master vu-meter.

 Hola de nuevo, 
Ahora tengo otro problema, y es que no me funciona la pre escucha. En otro ordenador sin embargo si que me funciona con la pre escucha. Lo tengo configurado igual que en la foto que me enviaste arriba, qué solución puede haber?

 Hello,

Can you confirm the name of the Audio Device selected is DJControl Inpulse 500 ASIO (ASIO)?
If it is DJControl Inpulse 500 Wasapi, then please replace it with the ASIO and retest.

Please provide mode technical info (we do not see your setup)


A) What are your settings?
1) Your version of DJuced, version of drivers, version of Windows
2) The Position of the Headphones volume knob on the controller
3) Position of the headphones Cue->Master knob on the controller
4) On which Headphones output is your headphones connected (for example front 1/8" output)
5) Which preview buttons are activated/backlit (left deck / right deck / master)?
6) What is your model of headphones?

B) Have you the same result (nothing in headphones) in Serato DJ Lite?

C) If you close Djuced and Serato, go in Hercules control panel, at the about page
when you click on the speaker icon on bottom left of the panel, and get the speaker icon in green, do you hear in the headphones "Headphones, headphones...." repeated?
