help with fx on inpulse 200

hi guys....hope youre all well.

i recently purchased the inpulse 200 controller..and i like it very much.
ive been trying to use the fx`s.

i know that to activate the fx you hold down shift and hot cue untill it flashes..then press the pads for the effect.
now on deck 2 this works fine and the effects are great..
but im getting nothing from deck one..
anyone had this problem?...

just to add.
when i use the mouse on laptop and use the fx that way they also work fine on deck 2 but not on deck 1

Can you check on the right of the effect rack 1 that it is enabled on deck 1-3?
