Hi!
I have problem with HDC 4-MX
The console does not start correctly and is not detected by the system
Windows 7 recognize console as Unknow Device (Device Manufacturer USB Device - By Haim Eliyahu)
When I connect to the pc USB the MIC LED lights up and after a while goes out
Like on this video:

What Can I do wiht this problem ??

I have answered you in the other discussion here.
Can you check if you get the same result on the same PC when placing a USB hub which has a power supply between your PC and your DJ Console 4-Mx?

Hi
I tried to another pc with Windows XP system and USB hub with 5V power supply and no results.
I think is a eeprom failure
What you think ??

Hi!
We burn eeprom binary file with burner and console launched successfully.
I did also update the latest version of Hercules firmware with HDJ Updater.
The console works properly without errors.

Hi,
i get somewhere an 4-mx console and it seems it has a broken firmware, because the same issues
with drivers and firmware. I tried hold the mic button but nothing happen. I bring the updater manually but it dont detect
the console etc...
Can you send me the bin file for the eeprom burner? I will open the console. Do i need to remove only screws on back side an where it is located?

Please, it is important, it always needed to know you computer configuration.
First tell us what your computer is
- which version of Windows you use,
- is there is a USB 3.0 port on this computer?
STOP holding the mic button: if you do it without having a USB hub with a power adapter, you may damage your controller.
