Hi again,
I don't know what happened but the console is out again....Since my last update it worked great, until it didn't which was last night.
I tried 3 different cables with different lengths, 2 pcs, a desktop and a laptop, and no results. I also tried with and without the powered usb hub and reinstalling the drivers.
The only thing that happened out of normal is that the console was connected to a mac, but afterwards to the laptop again and it worked, but suddenly the day later it just stopped working.
The usb hub can't be the problem because I have connected other devices with it
Any idea what could this be?

Hello Beeng,
If you have again the opportunity to connect the Console to the Mac, please do it again and check in the control panel which firmware is embedded.

I couldn't get to connect the console to the mac but I ended up figuring how to fix the problem, the usb hub's power adapter had died, the hub still had the power from the pc though so it looked like it had power but not enough for the console.
It looks like the karma doesn't want me to dj... but anyways it works for now,

hello.
i have a problem with my dj4set controler.
when i conect my device nothing happen....
Only the Mic button flash for a while and after nothing.
i believe need update the firmware or controler?
Is this the problem??
The eePROM BIN file solve the problem?
PLEASE HELP

Before thinking of changing any eeprom on not detected computer peripherals, the first thing to check are related to the computer.
1 - What is the computer on which this issue occurs?
- Brand and model of computer,
- Which Windows or Mac version,
- Is there a USB 3.0 port on the computer?
2 - How do you connected the device to the computer?
- Is it connected in USB directly or does it go through a USB hub?
- If it goes through a USB hub, what is this USB hub ? Brand, model, is it a USB 2.0 hub or a USB 3.0 hub? Is it powered by a power adapter?
3 - What did you do before, the previous time you used the USB device?
Did it work or did you do something specific?

Hello and thanks for responce.First at all the device works perfectly in the same computer with the same cable.
Directly by usb cable with not usb hub.
The computer is a laptop HP 250 G3 and it works at the past and with desktop pc too in windows 7.When microsoft do the update to free new windows , i remember that works too.Im not sure. Sudendly one day stop works.When i plug it only flash the mic button and after that nothing.After that i try it again in another pc w7 but nothing.
The laptop have USB 3 but the desktop no. I try it and with USB 2 HUb with power adapter , i dont remember the brand but nothing appears again. At the past i read some solutions about this problem here, that i was talk about for the eeprom file.
Suriusly i dont know what is this bin file.That i know is the device have not any damage.
THANKS again for responce and i hope understand my english writing.

Well, it seems that you need to reflash the eeprom of your DJ-4Set.
Do you know how to use an eeprom burner, something in that style

I have order the first
CH341A 24 25 Series EEPROM Flash BIOS USB Programmer
I have manys knowledge and i believe i can do.
