You have 3 fields to list your equipment:
- In "Hercules equipment in use", please check your Dj controller, DJ4Set
- In "Software in use", check your DJ software,
- In "Describe your equipment": describe your computer brand and model, CPU, quantity of RAM, version of Windows or Mac OS, version of DJConsole Series driver package, version of DJ software.

The controller worked as soon as the EEPROM was programmed.
A tip for all those who have the same problem with their controllers, always make firmware updates with a desktop PC and make sure that the USB cable is of good quality and 1.5 meters or shorter. The processor of these controllers usually reset when the controller LEDs light up, due to a rapid increase in consumption in the USB port, causing a voltage drop in the cable if it is of poor quality. This causes the EEPROM firmware to get corrupted and the processor without VID / PID correct, making it impossible for drivers to be installed. Windows detects it but appears as unknown device.

Is it possible to provide the BIN File? I think I may have the same problem and would like to apply the same solution. I have a post on going with this request for a few days, but still no luck with replies.
