Hello all I recently got my DJ controller and installed DJUCED on my computer but whenever I try to transition into the other track using the crossfader I move it on my controller but it does absolutely nothing on software is there any way I can fix this from happening?

Hi,

I Djuced settings under the Mixer part where is the tick? It should be next to Mix. Could you verify that?
Also have you installed the driver for the controller?

Hi - I have the same problem with my inpulse 200
The crossfader doesn't seem to work, I can always hear both tracks.
Also the volume controllers for both tracks aren't working either.

The Mixer settings is checked next to "Mix".
Any thoughts please?

Hello,

Welcome to the forum.

Please confirm that
- your DJ software us Djuced,
- Djuced audio setting is as follows

Audio device: DJControl Inpulse 200 ASIO (ASIO)(if your computer is in Windows)
Output master: Outputs 1&2
Output Headphones: Outputs 3&4

  • If you listen to the mix in speakers connected to the Master output (on the rear panel of the DJ controller), you should hear the actions on the crossfader & volume faders.
  • If you listen to the mix in the headphones connected to the headphones output (on the front panel of the DJ controller), you hear the actions of the crossfader and volume faders if you enable the Master button (below the Headphone volume button) and disable the preview buttons (the 2 push button with headphones icon)
If you preview deck 1 and deck 2 in the headphones with the push button, indeed the preview is not made to hear what you do on volume faders and crossfader, preview is also called PFL (Pre Fader Listening), so you do not hear the faders action in the preview.

since asking for a technical help without mentionning your computer, your operating system, your version of you DJ software is like calling the fire department without giving your address.
 - in "Hercules Equipment In Use", select DJControl Inpulse 200
- in "Software In Use", check the name(s) of your DJ software, probably Djuced
- in "Describe your equipment", describe your computer
  • brand and model
  • CPU
  • RAM
  • Type of USB port (USB 2.0, USB 3.0, USB 3.1...)
  • Environment (Eg. Window 10 64-bit)
  • version of DJ software (Eg. Djuced 5.3.2)
  • version of DJ driver (Eg. 2021_HDJS_1)

Hello Gbi22,

Welcome to the forum.

1) Please complete your computer profile in (My Space > My Profile)
https://www.herculesdjmixroom.com/en-us/account/informations/

  • in "Hercules Equipment In Use", check DJControl Inpulse 300 MK2
  • In "Software In use", check Djuced and Serato
  • in "Describe your equipment" field
    - brand and model CPU RAM (as Lenovo Yoga Slim 7 Carbon 13ITL5 13,3" Core i5 16 GB RAM)
    - Type of USB port (for example USB 3.0 Type A, USB-C, USB hub powered by a power adapter...)
    - Environment (for example Windows 11 64-bit Version 22H2 build 22638.1000.0)
    - version of DJ software (for example Djuced 5.3.7 and Serato Lite 3.0.3)
    - version of DJ driver (for example. 2023_HDJS_1)
The more technical information you provide, the more adequate the answer on the forum as one can know which menus you have.

2) If the crossfader is disabled in Djuced, you should:
- Enter in Djuced Settings

2
) Select Mixer in the list of settings, and in Crossfader curve, uncheck "OFF"

I just acquired a DJ controller and set it up with DJUCED on my computer, however whenever I try to switch to the next track using the crossfader, I move it on my controller.
