You should fill 3 fields:
- Hercules equipment in use: check DJ controller name(s),
- Software in use: check DJ software name(s), Djuced
- Describe your equipment, write
- computer detailed model, as Apple Mac Studio 2022 M1 + RAM
- version of macOS as macOS Ventura 13.4.1
- version of DJConsole Series driver package as DJSeries 6.41s
- Type of USB port, as USB type A, USB-C
- DJ software version as Djuced 6.0.2 (writing "last version" is not useful: most users think their version is the last when it is not the last version)
3) Regarding music tags & playlists non saved issue, please confirm that:
- you have installed Djuced with macOS administrator user rights: if Djuced is installed with guest rights, then Djuced changes are erased at the end of the session
- your music tracks are files: you cannot save tags on streaming
- your music tracks are located in folders you have rights on: if you use tracks from MacintoshHD > Users > Another user > Music, I do not think you may tag someone else files.
- If you use files located on a network, please precise if you have writng rights on this network.
Djuced playlist file should be written in the folder MacintoshHD > Users > YourName > Documents > Djuced > Playlist.
Please check if this folder is written on your computer
