Hallo zusammen.

Vielen Dank

Hello Schibes,

Welcome to the forum.
Without knowing your version of Windows or macOS, your version of Djuced, and your computer, one cannot duplicate a technical issue and then cannot solve it.

For technical questions/issues, please complete your profile in My Space > My Profile
You must at least complete 3 fields:
- Hercules equipment in use: check DJ controller name(s),
- Software in use: check DJ software name(s),
- Describe your equipment, write
  • computer brand, model, CPU & RAM, as MS Surface Pro 7+ Core i5 2.4GHz, 8 GB RAM
  • version of Windows or macOS as Windows 11 22H2
  • version of DJConsole Series driver package as 2023_HDJS_2
  • Type of USB port, as USB type A, USB-C or USB Hub (as D-Link DUB-H7 hub +power)
  • DJ software version as Djuced 6.0.4
A then, in the message, descrive what you are doing when you get a bug, and if the bug occurs randomly or constantly on your computer.

Sure. I'm sorry for all the missing details.

Hello,

I am not sure I have understood what you mean:

Here is the position of Djuced Autogain On/Off switch.

P
lease precise what occurs when you click on the small green button on the screen below the Gain button.
To check if Autogain is disabled, you should have no longer Green on the small square, then you should move the gain rotary control  back to center, and when you load new tracks on the decks, you should habe a fully manual control on the gain with the rotary buttons on DJControl Inpulse 200.

Hello,

Thank you for the instruction. I try to get it work again and for about 5min it looked like Im back in the game. But the right gain control reacted with a delay of about 1.5 sec. At least it was no longer connected with the left gain controler. I went thru some tests and after a while the right control just freezes again and was only adjustable with the left one. For the whole time, both gain control had no green lights.

So I installed the latest djuce version 6.0.4 and also changed my headphones. Unfortunately I could not recreate the 5min sucsess from the beginning.

-Disable autogain. No green lights --> check
-Move the gain rotary control back to center --> check
-Loading new track --> check

Result: I can adjust the right gain control only by my mouse and its still not doing anything if I try to turn it on the decs. As I said before. The right control is just doing something, when I turn the left one.

Both gain control aligned:

If I move the left gain control, then the right one is connected to the left:

If I force the right control by mouse up to max level and use the left control, then the right control stays up in the max volume but show a strange ghost connection with the left one:

I really don't know why this is happening, as I know it was not always like this... Left and right control were once individually adjustable.

Hello Schibes,

A) Please confirm you use Djuced 6.0.4?
I see here there was an autogain bug on Inpulse 200 in a previous Djuced version.

B) If you use Djuced 6.0.4 and still get this issue, can you
1) run Google Chrome on your computer,
2) go to https://www.midimonitor.com/
3) check the MIDI commands when you turn the left deck Gain knob
The deck 1 gain should sent commands CC#5 and CC#37 values on channel 2,
but your getting these commands on right software gain looks as if you got commands on channel 3.

Please check in  https://www.midimonitor.com/ on which MIDI channel the gain knob of deck 1 sends its commands.

Hello and thank you for the fast feedback.

I went thru the instruction and I can confirm Djuced 6.0.4 on my computer.

I've checked the link and got a lot of lines. I think because it's standart set up 20 per test. And indeed its channel 3 most of the times. I noticed a lot of jumping from channel 2 to channel 3 while turning the left control. I've managed to stop on channel 2 but not sure if this helps.

This is the result.

Left turn left control:

Right turn left control:

And this is the stop with channel 2:

I've done the test with the chrome browser.

Thanks again for your help.

Hello Schibes,

Please confirm you get these values in turning deck 2 gain knob on without touching anything else.
