It is a good news for DJs as Beatport implementing Pulselocker’s technology may mean 1) Beatport will offer a service for DJs to play streaming in public, 2) This service may include a locker = the function to “lock” an audio streaming to play it offline afterwards. |

Pulselocker has posted this message yesterday 10/11/2017Dear Pulselocker Customer, It is with an incredibly heavy heart that we have to send this message. As of today, November 10th, 2017, Pulselocker is ceasing operations. Six years ago we set out to provide a unique service to the DJ community—we believe we succeeded in providing something truly revolutionary that was well received by all of you. Due to a combination of market circumstances and financial constraints, we must re-organize our current structure if we are to successfully serve you in the future. After exhaustively searching for alternatives, we have made the extremely hard decision to shut down our operations. We realize this news comes incredibly fast and we are truly sorry for the inconveniences this may cause. This release includes features improvements for DJControl Jogvision users as:
 Cue Color Match enhancement Whether you change the rank of the cue points, as sorting Cues Chronologically, or whether you assign another colour to a cue point, each pad of DJControl Jogvision now matches the color the cue point it controls. Chronological Loops & Cue When the "Sort Cues and Loops Chronologically" option is turned on, each track’s saved Loops and Cues will be displayed in the order they appear throughout the track, rather than the order they were created in, which simplifies the workflow of saving and triggering Cues and Loops. Reordering Loops After creating your Loops you may wish to have them saved in a specific order: this let you drag saved loops to the position of your choice Favorite FX Banks You can now have two entirely different FX Banks saved, available to load whenever needed. Each bank when saved will remember the FX loaded with each parameter that was set. This is useful when wanting to switch between two configurations. For example, you could have Bank A for Single FX and Bank B for Multi FX, or Bank A for subtle FX such as Reverb, Filter and Bank B for performance FX such as Pitch Looper, Tremolo. Once you've got a Favorite FX Bank saved you go on to use other FX inside Serato DJ, then you recall your favorite in clicking back on the A or B bank button. |
