What occurs exactly?
Do you get any error message when the DJ software stops?
If yes, please type exactly the error message (do not summarize it, an error message must never be summarized), and describe how it occurs,
- does the sound crashed first, or the screen freezes first, or both at the same time?
- do you see any artefact on the screen before the crash?
- are you touching the computer or the controller or the USB cable or something else at the moment of the crash?
and please describe with as many objective informations as you can the conditions of the crash.
4) Just after the crash, can you touch the Jogvision power adapter and check if it seems very hot?
