Goodmorning everyone,
at the venerable age of over 55, always passionate about technology and electronics, I had the whim to "play with a DJ console. I bought the inpulse 500, connected to a laptop with djuced software.
Thanks to all those who want to assist me and give me advice and suggestions that I will certainly need.

Hello!
Age has nothing to do with DJing. 
If the drivers and Djuced are installed, probably the best thing to do check out DJ Hapa's video course and the Hercules DJ Academy.

Thank you very much for the encouragement and advice.
I have everything installed and it works great. However, I have some small problems and I would like to understand if I can write here or in the Italian section (for ease of language).
Are the authors always the same or are they different in the various language sections?

If I'm wrong, the User Experience Team will correct me, but as far as I can tell we end up using English - or French, since Hercules is a French company. Probably this topic will be moved to the English section, but feel free to ask - we're here to help.

Hi Nino,
at 55 you´re a couple of years younger than me.
I was a DJ back in the 70´s and 80´s and now i´m retired i thought i´d pick it back up as a hobby.
Things seem to have moved on quite a bit since the "old days", but probably not too much.
At least these days you don´t have to carry round a dozen boxes of vinyl records
and my whole music collection will fit on a couple of hard drives.

Just my 2 cents: I think song selection is still the most important thing - the rest (transitioning technique, effects) are quite advanced now, but they are there for spicing up the mix (doing it tastefully is the key).
