Hallo zusammen, habe seit ein paar Tage den DJ Control AIR.

Nachdem ich alles Installiert habe, viel mir auf das ich nicht Vorhören konnte.

Nachdem ich dann die neuste Treiber Version von DJ Hercules Mix direkt von der seite installiert hatte. Ging zumindest das nun.

Jetzt ist mir aber aufgefallen, dass das JOGWheel von Deck B nicht oder nur minimal reagiert. Deck A funktioniert ohne Probleme. Woran kann das liegen. Ich bitte um hilfe.

Ich kann auch nicht auf das Programm Hercules Mix zugreifen. Was mache ich Falsch? Hat noch jemand das Problem?

  - In "Hercules equipment in use", please check your Dj controller, DJControl Air,

  - In "Software in use", check your DJ software, for example Djuced

  - In "Describe your equipment": describe your computer brand and model, CPU, quantity of RAM, version of Windows (for example Windows 10 64-bit version 1909), the version number of the DJ software as Djuced 5.1.1.

2) The CD inside the DJControl Air box is old, so you use an up to date computer, do not use the old Djuced 18 program of the CD but install instead Djuced 5.1.1.
I am not sure of what you can the program Hercules Mix, it is probably the driver packagein the folder DJHerculesMix.
Do you mean you cannot display the DJControl Air Control panel?


3) If you meet an issue with deck B jog wheel, to confirm whether it works or not, if you have a Chrome internet browser, go to
https://www.midimonitor.com
and test if turning the jog wheel sends a continuous MIDI command in MIDI Monintor.
