 hola, soy nuevo en esto y el problema es el siguiente, el jog wheel del deck B no funciona, o funciona cuando le parece, y desisntalado e instalado de nuevo, he pasado limpiador de registro e instalado todo de nuevo, tambien actualicé drivers y nada, sigue igual, por favor necesito ayuda, alguien sabe como solucionarlo? mi equipo es pentium i5 windows 7 10gb ram, el virtual es el 5 LE , el que trae la mesa, por favor ayuda

 Hello,

The first thing to check is to check if the jog wheel sends any command.
Leave VirtualDJ.

Can you
- download Midi OX
- Run MIDI Ox
- Options > MIDI Devices >
- Midi Inputs: select Hercules DJ Console Rmx MIDI
- Midi Outputs: select Hercules DJ Console Rmx MIDI
- OK
- Click on "View > Input Monitor...."

and then move the jog wheel: you should get a succession of lines B0,  30 à data1, and 01 or 7F as Data2.
If you get this event, your jog wheel is working in hardware and drivers, and your issue is a software issue.
If you don't get this event, and if you get MIDI event in MIDI OX with the other jog wheel, then the issue is either in DJ Console Rmx hardware or in its driver or firmware.
