Hi all,

I just got the Hercules mixer MP3e2 mixer as a christmas present.

I'm using my laptop and wanted to know how i can get the music to play and also be able to cue up music via my earphones.

I did read the manual and there was a step by step. But as this is a laptop i don't have a sound card with that many inputs / outputs.

any help would be great.

thanks.

In order to use the headphone previewing mode with Virtual DJ, your soundcard need to be multi-channel ( 4.1 or 5.1 for example) and have the appropriate connections. As this is not the case with most laptop, you will need to purchase a multichannel USB audio interface.

- Standard mutimedia interface will do just fine to start

- But a dedicated DJ interface would be recommended:
