Herc RMX w/ Traktor Scratch Pro on Timecode Vinyls

 I would like to use with the RMX Traktor Scratch Pro and Timecoded Vinyls. Everything works so far but I'm always on the left deck flutter of -1%. I must press in transitions very often the Sync button. On the turntables, it is not, both have been reversed plugged in. 
Then something else. How can you turn off the scratch pads? Because when I work with time code and touch a pad, the reproduction starts to spin weird on.

 Hello,

I don't use Traktor Scratch Pro with vinyls, but wow and flutter seem common issues on Traktor Scratch Pro forum with timecode vinyls.

If what you call the scratch pads are DJ Console Rmx jog wheels, you can disable the Rmx jog wheels in DJ Console Rmx control panel: on the main panel, in jog wheel settings, you can choose to disable one jog wheel or both.
