 First of all I apologize for my bad English ...
I have a table hercules rmx and software Traktor pro ... all are working properly .... only one problem ... I'm with my hercules rmx the headphones did not work ... thanks

Please:

1) Precise your configuration 
- Mac or PC
- which operating system version (detail the complete version as "Windows XP SP3" or "Mac OS 10.5.7"
- if you are in Windows, are you in ASIO or in WDM
- what are your DJ Console Rmx drivers (is it “Hercules DJ Console Series - 2009_HDJS_2 package” for Windows or “Mac OS X driver package for DJ Console Series - Version 1.36”)

2) have you set in Traktor Pro - Audio Setup, Output routing as described on page 2 of the help files "RMX-Traktor_Pro_Config_PC.pdf" and "RMX-Traktor_Pro_Config_MAC.pdf" which are compressed in the file TP_DJ_Rmx.zip you can download for Traktor Pro on the site http://ts.hercules.com (direct link ftp://ftp.hercules.com/sound/TDJS/current/TP_DJ_Rmx.zip )?
- the DJ Console Rmx Output 3 as Left Output monitor in Traktor Pro
- the DJ Console Rmx Output 4 as Right Output monitor in Traktor Pro?
