If you need only the installation drivers, you should download the Hercules DJ Console drivers here.
If you need also the VirtualDJ DJC software:
- if you already registered on VirtualDJ.com website with your VirtualDJ serial number,, or if you still have your VirtualDJ DJC serial number, then you can download your version of VirtualDJ DJC from http://www.virtualdj.com/download/updates.html 
- if you have never registered on VirtualDJ.com website and if you have lost your VirtualDJ DJC serial number, then you should contact Hercules tech support by phone or email.

- more technical details than needed is NEVER a problem,
