Is there a program for the console, which allows you to control the pitch bend function on the jogs instead of the two small buttons?

 This could easely be done in VDJ Pro, by reconfiguring the console in MIDI instead of using the pre-defined configuration.

You could also use other DJ softwares like Traktor 3 and Traktor Pro or Deckadance.
