Hey all,
I got me a Hercukles DJ Control MP3 and Soundcard USB 5.1 Channel.
I use a Macintosh.
The thing is, i can't enable the soundcard to work (i use virtualdj).
It works fine in windows (in Sound Options in VDJ, there's the option of 4.1 Card), but in Macintosh, the options of 4.1 Card doesn't exist, so i'm not able to work with it in order to hear a song in headphones and another one in speakers...
Can someone please help?
Cuz i read that this soundcard is compatible with Mac, but can't get this to work :x

Hello. I also have a hercules dj control mpe e2. to have bought a pre-listening sound card. "Gammesurround muse Xl LT3 pocket. "
This card works well with virtual dj. but I would like to work with traktor, so that no can do with there pre-listening. please let me help

Are you on MAC or PC ?
If you are using a PC, then you will need to install generic ASIO drivers (as required for Traktor), which you can find at www.asio4all.com

Hello
I'm new here and a beginner in the DJ world.
I have a MacBook and a hercules dj control mp3 e2, but it hasn't a headphones output to preview the beats. So I bought the Hercules Muse XL Pocket LT3. I use Traktor and I wanted to Know how can I install and configure the Muse to use it for speakers and to preview songs with headphones. Can you please help me? Because I'm kinda lost.

As for Traktor, use the following audio configuration:
- Audio Setup
Device > Muse Pocket LT3
- Output Routing
Mixing mode : Internal
Output Monitor: 5:Back Left /6: Back Right
Output Master: 1:Front Left /2: Front Right
As for the MP3 e2, the MIDI configuration file can be found on the support site:

Thank you for the hepl you're providing me. I did all that things and connected the headphones to the Front and the speakers to the Rear (back) but the online thing is that the sound comes from both things, and when I press on the table the headphones button it doesn't do anything. So basically I hear the beat trough the speakers and the headphones. isn't there any option to put just the phones playing when I press the button?

Don't forget that to set the headphone Mix control (in the Traktor interface) to the appropriate position according to what you want to hear in the headphone:
- O% (far left): CUE position:
Use this when you want to hear only the the decks for which the Heqdphone buttons are ON
- 100% (Far right): MIX position:
In this position, you will hear the main mix, according to the crossfader position
- 50% (Middle):
You will hear equal amount of both the Cue and Mix . This is useful for doing transitions between songs.
You can access those with your mouse on the interface, or with your controller if you are using the Hercules mapping suggested previously.
Consult the Traktor manual for more details.
