I am new in this world and I have upgraded to the PRO version for the virtual DJ software but I canot make to recognize the Hercules MK4 in order to recognize the buttons or even to hear on the headphone, if you can let me know which its the proper selection for primary card and so for,

First , be sure you are using the latest driver (currently 2010.HDJS.2) for the console:

The DJ Console MK4 has been natively supported by Virtual DJ since version 6.07, so be sure that you have at least this verison or superior. The Console should appear as a controller under the MAPPER tab of the VDJ configuration menu.
As for audio, the basic configuration (used in the DJC verison) is as follow:
- Input : None
- Output(s): Headphone > Master Chan1/2 / headphone Chan3/4
-Soundcard: DJ Console Mk4 > check the box APPLY EQ ON INPUT
